Value Based Marketing/Selling
Value Based Marketing/Selling are two international programmes developed by TTM Associates and focus on providing all retail staff with high level insight into the principles of value based marketing and selling. This programme is aimed at marketing and sales staff, product specialists and managers that would like to strengthen their product marketing/sales practice by shifting their paradigms towards customers, needs and value. This highly intensive programme is practical and addresses core issues regarding understanding the value proposition, value delivery and the value map. When combined with the follow-up ComSIM Retail Simulation programme, participants will not only learn the fundamentals of this important survival sales toolset, but get practical and first hand experience of it as well.
ComSIM Retail Business Acumen Simulation
The ComSIM Retail Simulation was designed to be a practical and focused approach to get front line sales staff to enhance their business acumen skills in general, but with a strong focus on using value based marketing and selling as practical tools to enhance customer service and to increase profitability. This powerful experiential learning approach takes participants beyond knowledge and into performance — it allows them to interact with the problems, investigate options, consider possible outcomes and, of course, to implement solutions and evaluate the actual outcomes.
The program content and learning experience covers five key business areas: strategy definition and implementation, marketing & sales, operations, finance and human resources. It has a unique and balanced approach to placing sales performance squarely in the business acumen area. The programme also has options to include a care/service division inside the retail outlet (as is often the case within cell phone stores, telecoms and automotive dealerships) as well as call centre support.
Target Group:
Individuals who have been identified as having the ability to contribute to the planning and execution of all sales efforts. . Generally they are involved in sales planning and execution, product houses, advertising, customer service, call centers, performance management and people processes for sales. The programme is equally valuable to staff on retail level, sales representatives as well as regional or head office staff and managers involved in structuring organizational effort. |
